Softr is an AI-native platform that enables business users to build internal tools and client portals from databases and spreadsheets without writing code.
задачи
- Own and scale agency and tech/integration partnership programs end-to-end;
- Identify, pitch, and close new partners aligned with the go-to-market strategy;
- Onboard new partners and provide necessary resources and support;
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners as their main point of contact;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align partnership efforts with growth objectives;
- Set KPIs, report on partner performance, and iterate based on results;
- Track and analyze partnership performance to identify improvements and run experiments;
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and partnership meetings.
требования
- 3–6 Years of experience in partnerships, GTM, or business development roles, ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or agency environment;
- Proven track record of sourcing and growing revenue through partnership initiatives or agency client work;
- Strong understanding of the SaaS/tech landscape and agency business models;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Builder’s mindset with a bias for action and comfort with ambiguity;
- Strong technical foundation and fluency in no-code tools;
- Nice to have: Experience building in Softr.
