- Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants, focusing on expanding merchant traffic across Europe;
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and prepare commercial proposals;
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding;
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and technical teams to ensure smooth client integration;
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs;
- Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
требования
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or high-risk industries;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines;
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented;
- Fluent English;
- Nice to have: An established network of industry contacts.
