Luxoft is a large international company that provides software development services and innovative technology solutions for global clients, including those in the commodity trading and financial sectors.

• Execute comprehensive test strategies for complex, business-critical systems;
• Design and maintain detailed test scenarios based on business and technical specifications;
• Perform end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing across trading workflows, including trade capture, risk, and logistics;
• Validate data integrity between system components and third-party integrations;
• Manage and prioritize defect triage and resolution, ensuring effective communication between QA, development, and business teams;
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, including documentation, metrics, and automation readiness.

• 5+ Years of experience in software quality assurance or testing;
• Proven experience testing enterprise-scale business systems, preferably in trading, energy, or financial domains;
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and SDLC best practices;
• Ability to interpret complex business processes and translate them into effective test scenarios;
• Strong SQL skills for backend data verification and cross-system reconciliation;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TestRail;
• English: C1 Advanced;
• Nice to have: Background in commodity trading, risk management, or financial systems, familiarity with trade lifecycle processes and related data flows, exposure to API and integration testing using tools such as Postman, awareness of or basic hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
