Qatar Insurance Company is a leading insurance provider in the GCC region that operates a digital ecosystem combining insurance and non-insurance services. The company focuses on developing innovative digital platforms to manage customer needs and is currently building travel products from scratch.

• Own end-to-end quality assurance across a multi-component ecosystem, including Web, iOS/Android mobile applications, and Backend services;
• Lead validation of high-risk integrations, including third-party SDKs, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability;
• Design and maintain test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria for complex product features;
• Perform early-stage (shift-left) analysis of requirements, specifications, and architecture to identify risks and inconsistencies;
• Manage the full defect lifecycle: identify, document, prioritize, and verify fixes within release cycles;
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using logs and monitoring tools across staging and production environments;
• Collaborate with DevOps and Automation teams to improve CI/CD processes and accelerate delivery;
• Provide flexible QA support across teams and projects based on business needs.

• Over 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within product-driven or financial environments;
• Strong expertise in mobile QA, including iOS and Android architectures, Xcode, Android Studio, and client-server interactions;
• Hands-on experience with traffic inspection tools like Charles, Proxyman, or Fiddler;
• Solid experience in backend and API testing using REST (Postman, Swagger, cURL) and familiarity with gRPC (Protobuf);
• Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems like Kafka;
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, and Kibana;
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of test automation, CI/CD (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and SQL for data validation.

• Long-term service agreement contract with a 3-month probation period;
• Payment in US dollars monthly via SWIFT;
