QA Engineer (manual)

• Lead hands-on testing of video and audio products, including cameras, microphones, and conferencing systems;
• Analyze, design, and execute test scenarios focused on real-world audio/video usage, streaming quality, and cross-platform integration;
• Collaborate with product teams to set and maintain high quality standards for multimedia devices;
• Drive testing of multimedia device performance in embedded Linux and Android environments, as well as Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS;
• Validate device connectivity, emphasizing AV quality over USB, Bluetooth, and Wifi/Ethernet;
• Review requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test coverage for audio/video features;
• Maintain and execute detailed test cases to evaluate AV quality and product risk;
• Prepare and present data-driven reports on product quality.

• Minimum 4-5 years in QA/testing roles;
• Advanced experience working in embedded Linux and Android environments;
• Strong cross-platform testing skills (Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS) with a focus on audio/video functionality;
• Understanding of AV codecs, streaming protocols, and multimedia performance metrics;
• Understanding of USB, Bluetooth, and Wifi/Ethernet protocols;
• Proven ability to document test results and communicate findings effectively;
• English B2 Upper Intermediate;
• Polish B2 Upper Intermediate;
• Nice to have: Experience using network sniffers (e.g., Wireshark) and debugging tools (e.g., ADB), programming skills (Python, Bash scripting), hands-on experience in testing video/audio products, experience with automation frameworks for video/audio testing.
