Salmon Group develops a referral platform that serves promoters, partners, and customers in the Philippines, focusing on growth initiatives such as PWA migration and Agent App integration.

• Test new product features and improvements across referral and promoter-facing applications;
• Design and execute test scenarios using structured test design techniques;
• Build and maintain API test coverage using Postman, Newman, Supertest, or similar tools;
• Validate user journeys, usability, and interface quality across web applications;
• Verify application behavior across different browsers, devices, and operating systems;
• Perform performance testing and analyze system behavior under load;
• Identify, document, and investigate defects, risks, and quality issues;
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve release confidence and test coverage;
• Partner with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• 3+ Years of experience testing web applications;
• Strong manual testing skills and experience creating test cases and test documentation;
• Experience testing REST APIs and GraphQL services;
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Newman, Supertest, or similar API testing tools;
• Understanding of modern frontend applications and rendering approaches, including SSR, SSG, and client-side rendering;
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing;
• Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging techniques;
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD workflows;
• Good understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and quality assurance practices;
• Nice to have: Experience with performance testing tools such as k6, understanding of common web security risks including XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection, experience working on growth, referral, marketplace, or other customer-facing products.
