• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for dating products using app and web funnels;
• Own campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, optimizing budgets, and improving ROI, CPA, and CPI;
• Develop and test new growth hypotheses regarding audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, and creative angles;
• Collaborate with the creative team to research competitors, generate hypotheses, prepare briefs, and evaluate performance;
• Build structured reporting and improve campaign management processes through automation and scalable solutions.

• 3+ Years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Facebook Ads in dating, gaming, iGaming, or high-volume B2C products;
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets of at least $100k, with potential scale up to $400k–$500k;
• Strong experience with both app and web acquisition funnels, with a focus on web scaling;
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, GA4, and internal CRM tools;
• Fluent in Russian;
• English for reading and writing documentation and tools;
• Nice to have: Experience in dating, gaming, or iGaming industries.
