• Define product positioning and messaging to ensure differentiation in the market;
• Develop and execute strategies to improve product positioning;
• Craft compelling messages across marketing channels including email and web;
• Plan and execute product launches, including strategy, channel planning, and measurement;
• Create content and messaging for email drip campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle;
• Collaborate with contractors and SEO specialists to drive content strategy and user acquisition;
• Partner with Community and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels;
• Manage co-marketing efforts and partnerships with third-party communities, agencies, and educational institutions;
• Set goals, manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and report on key metrics.

• Experience in horizontal, product-led growth (PLG) SaaS companies;
• Proven track record in early-stage PLG companies, ideally helping them grow to Series B stage and beyond;
• Core competencies in positioning, messaging, launch management, and partner marketing;
• Understanding of channel, content, and communications strategy;
• Passion for no-code and automation tools;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a distributed team environment;
• Strong decision-making, multitasking, and organizational skills;
• Nice to have: Experience using no-code and automation platforms for work or side projects.
