WhiteTech provides white-label and SaaS solutions for the financial ecosystem, including EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking platforms. The company also develops a secure and compliant CS2/CS:GO skin gambling and casino platform.

задачи

  • Lead and grow the Product Marketing function with a hands-on approach;
  • Develop marketing strategies for B2C products and B2B platform features;
  • Contribute to product mechanics and design with market-tested enhancements;
  • Structure effective partnerships with traffic acquisition partners;
  • Create positioning and unique value propositions;
  • Collaborate with product, design, and development teams;
  • Monitor KPIs including conversions, engagement, and retention;
  • Generate, validate, and prioritize hypotheses for A/B tests and funnel improvements;
  • Optimize conversion across key funnel stages;
  • Initiate changes to increase user engagement and retention;
  • Synchronize marketing activities with the product roadmap;
  • Plan marketing launches and entry into new markets;
  • Conduct market, competitor, target audience, and customer development research;
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions;
  • Collect feedback and analyze analytics to monitor feature adoption and customer engagement;
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and execution;
  • Report on the effectiveness of initiatives and promotion results.

требования

  • 6+ Years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Growth, or Management within a high-growth B2C tech startup in the iGaming/Gambling industry;
  • Proven expertise in the Online Gambling, iGaming, and CS2/CS:GO skin gambling ecosystem;
  • Successful experience in launching products, creating GTM strategies, and implementing marketing initiatives;
  • Experience setting up collaborations with Counter-Strike streamers;
  • Proven experience in growing a start-up toward a market leader position;
  • Experience working in start-up environments with rapid iteration cycles;
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling marketing processes from the ground up;
  • Knowledge of the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch;
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, user acquisition funnels, retention loops, unit economics, and key metrics;
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn data into stories and actions;
  • Passion for gaming, esports, and the CS2/CS:GO community;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian;
  • Proficiency in English for technical collaboration;
  • Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone;
  • Nice to have: Experience leading or mentoring PMM teams or cross-functional squads.
