PPC Specialist

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve user acquisition and performance targets;
• Manage search, display, video, performance max, and remarketing campaigns to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI;
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page recommendations;
• Monitor key performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights;
• Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, industry trends, and best practices;
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies;
• Manage bidding strategies and campaign budgets effectively;
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures;
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights;
• Implement remarketing strategies;
• Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads policies;
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports;
• Use analytics tools to measure user behavior and campaign impact;
• Monitor spend pacing and budget allocation.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC, performance marketing, or digital advertising with a strong focus on Google Ads;
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager;
• English (minimum B1 level), both written and verbal;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets;
• Nice to have: Google Ads certification, experience in the sports betting and casino industry.
