• Launch and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok;
• Work with the iGaming and gambling vertical;
• Register, prepare, and warm up advertising accounts;
• Organize infrastructure including accounts, payment solutions, and trackers;
• Integrate trackers and configure event transmission;
• Work with pixels and events;
• Test hypotheses, creatives, audiences, and funnels;
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, and LTV;
• Scale profitable funnels;
• Adapt advertising strategies to different GEOs including Turkey, USA, and African countries;
• Find and implement new approaches in creatives and funnels.

• Real and recent experience launching ads on TikTok;
• Experience in gambling or other gray verticals;
• Understanding of platform rules, moderation nuances, and restrictions;
• Experience working with GEOs: Turkey, USA, Africa;
• Understanding of audience differences by region and behavioral specifics;
• Ability to create creatives using AI and Canva;
• Experience testing and scaling funnels;
• Confident work with analytics and key performance indicators;
• Experience independently organizing launches including accounts, payment systems, and trackers;
• Willingness to start quickly without lengthy infrastructure setup;
• Work with pixels;
• Understanding of moderation bypass principles and technical campaign setup;
• English B1+.
