• Act as the primary bridge between Initiative Leads and the Initiative Marketing Team;
• Extract subject-matter insights and translate them into actionable creative briefs;
• Lead 360-degree campaign planning and ensure multi-channel communications plans for every initiative;
• Orchestrate the execution of briefs across the distribution ecosystem;
• Manage and balance team workload;
• Own quarterly scoping and prioritization to ensure SLA delivery;
• Ensure clear separation between creative direction and production traffic;
• Act as the central point for KPI tracking, reporting, and budget transparency;
• Systematize marketing processes including JIRA adoption and AI-native workflows;
• Oversee performance metrics across the distribution tier.

• 8+ Years of experience in marketing operations, studio management, or senior account strategy;
• Proven ability to design and orchestrate full-funnel, multi-channel marketing plans;
• Proven track record of building processes, managing budgets, and overseeing complex project pipelines;
• Ability to influence without authority and manage relationships with initiative-embedded marketing teams;
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics and scalable distribution;
• Nice to have: JIRA mastery.
