Hypercell Games is a mobile game studio that develops hybrid-casual and puzzle titles. The studio's portfolio includes games that have reached millions of players worldwide.

• Own monetization across the portfolio as a single accountable owner with full responsibility for ad revenue and ROI;
• Drive the monetization roadmap by defining priorities and optimization strategies;
• Act as the main interface between monetization and leadership, providing reporting and business recommendations;
• Manage strategy and execution, including mediation setup, price floors, ad segmentation, and formats;
• Monitor monetization health systematically, including eCPM, fill/display rates, and react to performance drops;
• Generate hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and document learnings;
• Define requirements for internal tools, data pipelines, and implement automation or AI solutions;
• Collaborate with Product, UA, and Analytics teams to align monetization with retention and LTV;
• Manage relationships with ad networks.

• 4+ Years of experience in ad monetization for mobile free-to-play games (Android, iOS);
• Ability to own the function end-to-end and deliver measurable results independently;
• Ownership of revenue, ROI, and monetization roadmap at the portfolio level;
• Deep understanding of ad mediation, including hybrid setups;
• Hands-on experience with mediation platforms and ad network dashboards;
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to work with raw data and understand key metrics like eCPM, DAU, ARPDAU, and LTV;
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests;
• High level of ownership and proactivity;
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with leadership and cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in English and Russian (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience working in a portfolio model, SQL and BI tools (BigQuery, Looker, Tableau), scripting skills (Python or JavaScript), experience with optimization automation and AI tools, understanding of privacy impacts (ATT, SKAN, Android Privacy Sandbox), experience with hybrid-casual/casual games and hybrid monetization models (IAA + IAP), experience with direct deals and premium demand, experience reporting to stakeholders.
