Product Owner

B2Tech is a leading omnichannel technology solutions provider to the Sportsbook & iGaming industry with a strong presence and focus on emerging markets.

• Lead the product strategy for the sportsbook platform, ensuring high availability, speed, and accuracy across feed integrations, bet placement, and settlement processes;
• Translate business goals into a roadmap based on operational needs, ROI, system performance insights, and market expansion opportunities;
• Partner with Risk, Trading, and Operations stakeholders to build and optimize internal tooling;
• Analyze system performance, feed latency, and transactional data to identify opportunities for backend optimization and risk mitigation;
• Write clear product requirements using Agile methodology, mapping out complex logic, API integrations, and data flows;
• Work with R&D architects and engineers to define system logic and ensure seamless integration of third-party sports data feeds;
• Ensure high-quality delivery of platform features, track operational impact post-launch, and iterate based on quantitative results and stakeholder feedback.

• 3+ Years of Product Management experience in iGaming, particularly in sportsbook;
• Proven experience driving large-scale products from ideation to launch and adoption;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience with Jira;
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a product roadmap and deliver measurable business impact;
• Solid analytical skills with a data-driven mindset;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for simple, elegant solutions;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluent English (written and verbal);
• A proactive, motivated, ownership-driven mindset;
• Nice to have: Strong passion for sports betting and deep industry knowledge.
