Product Manager

TradingView is the world’s largest financial analysis platform, providing advanced charting, market data, and collaboration tools to over 100 million users across 180+ countries. The company develops financial visualization solutions and investment tools used by individual traders and major global financial institutions.

• Develop and implement product strategy aligned with growth objectives;
• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap;
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics;
• Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities;
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success;
• Prioritise feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality implementation;
• Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research;
• Analyse user feedback and behavioural data to identify improvement opportunities;
• Stay current with financial technology trends, competitive landscape, and platform advancements;
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress effectively.

• 5-7+ Years of product management experience with customer-facing products;
• Proven track record of leading successful products at scale;
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven decision making;
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities;
• Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams;
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and experience working closely with design teams;
• Nice to have: Good understanding of financial markets or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
