The company builds a vertical AI agent that automates job search for professionals by finding, tailoring, and applying to jobs on their behalf. The product focuses on deep refinement and organic growth through UX and AI-driven matching, ranking, and personalization systems.

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML product features;
• Own the product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact;
• Translate business problems into ML hypotheses and solutions;
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to define data requirements, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring;
• Design and execute rapid validation cycles using A/B testing and shadow models;
• Decompose complex, ambiguous problems into simple, effective solutions;
• Communicate complex ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Establish baseline measurements for job supply coverage and improve matching logic;
• Ship upgrades to resume enhancement features.

• 5+ Years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in a data-intensive or ML-driven domain;
• Strong understanding of ML/LLM fundamentals including NLP and recommendation systems;
• Hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered features like matching, ranking, and personalization;
• Practical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, RAG, agents, and model monitoring;
• Ability to define data pipelines and metrics;
• Ability to formulate and test product/ML hypotheses using statistical methods;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create quick prototypes;
• Fluent English and Russian;
• Nice to have: hands-on experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or ML Engineer role, HRTech experience.
