The Global Workplace Department manages site selection, design, and project supervision to ensure office spaces reflect high standards of excellence, sustainability, and health.

• Own and drive workplace project execution from initiation to completion;
• Contribute to feasibility studies, planning, budgeting, and scheduling;
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks while resolving project issues;
• Coordinate communication, meetings, and reporting with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants;
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, zoning, and building regulations;
• Drive tasks forward and maintain consistent project progress;
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and department initiatives;
• Travel to project locations to support key decisions and oversee milestones.

• Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field;
• Hands-on experience in construction or workplace project delivery;
• Strong understanding of technical coordination, documentation, and implementation;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Proactive and structured approach to problem-solving;
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in international, cross-functional teams;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• German proficiency, particularly within the construction sector;
• Proficiency in office software, project planning tools, timelines, Miro, Excel, and CAD;
• Nice to have: Experience in international, cross-functional teams.
