Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that enables nonprofits to process donations quickly and securely. The company provides a suite of tools including checkout experiences, customizable widgets, and donor portals, serving organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe.

• Act as the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives by prioritizing, resourcing, and routing them;
• Lead major cross-team process changes by designing frameworks, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption;
• Manage cross-team processes across the Product department, including quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment;
• Build and maintain shared frameworks and artifacts to improve clarity and consistency;
• Identify and escalate systemic process problems requiring leadership-level decisions;
• Drive AI automation of product workflows by identifying opportunities, building solutions, and measuring impact;
• Manage Product Ops focus and load to ensure the team prioritizes high-impact work.

• Experience in process design within a product or tech environment;
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and drive decisions across teams;
• Metrics-driven mindset with experience tracking adoption and satisfaction;
• Bias toward scalability and building reusable systems;
• Full ownership of domain and outcomes;
• Fluency in AI automation tools for workflow optimization;
• Fluent English (C1+);
• 2–3 Years of experience in People Management;
• Fluent Russian;
• Nice to have: Product fluency, background in product operations or program management, familiarity with OKR frameworks, experience in fast-scaling environments.
