Xsolla is a global video game commerce company that provides a comprehensive suite of tools and services to help game developers fund, distribute, market, and monetize their products worldwide.

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end budget and investment approval process;
• Prepare, consolidate, and monitor departmental budgets;
• Track financial approvals and verify compliance with authorization policies;
• Generate and distribute weekly and monthly budget utilization reports;
• Collaborate with Procurement to facilitate purchase order creation;
• Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and escalate financial risks to the CFO;
• Maintain accurate records of financial approvals and audit trails;
• Provide documentation to support internal and external audit activities;
• Partner with department leaders to develop quarterly budget forecasts and reforecasts;
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, management accounting, or a similar finance role;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and financial modeling;
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and reporting processes;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management;
• High level of integrity, accountability, and process discipline;
• Fluent written and verbal English;
• Nice to have: ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional certification.
