• Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve enterprise virtualization platforms based on VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V across HCI and SAN-based architectures;
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, security, and reliability of virtualized environments and supporting data center infrastructure;
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, lifecycle management, and integration with cloud and hybrid services;
• Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, Network, L2 Support, and Remote Hands teams to deliver resilient solutions and resolve complex production issues;
• Manage and optimize enterprise storage, SAN, backup, and disaster recovery solutions;
• Drive infrastructure automation and continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and developing automation scripts;
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies including ESXi and vCenter;
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSAN deployment, administration, and performance optimization;
• Extensive experience with Microsoft virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and SCVMM;
• Solid knowledge of virtual networking including vSwitches, Distributed Switches, VLANs, and network segmentation;
• Strong practical experience with SAN and storage protocols such as iSCSI, Fibre Channel, and FCoE;
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python, or Bash;
• Experience with core Microsoft infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy;
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills in complex enterprise environments;
• English level B1+.
