• Support users (L1-L3);
• Configure internal systems;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade the network infrastructure;
• Install and maintain servers, devices, and firewalls;
• Monitor infrastructure;
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new SaaS applications;
• Configure and troubleshoot IDP, RBAC, Jira, GCP, AD (DC, NPS), and Radius;
• Update technical documentation.

• 3+ Years of experience in an IT SysAdmin role with a strong on-site presence;
• Familiarity with public cloud concepts (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable), especially IAM and networking basics;
• Ability to act as the primary IT owner for the Warsaw office;
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across endpoints, identity, network, and AV;
• Strong macOS and Windows support skills, including diagnostics, OS upgrades, drivers, and common corporate apps;
• Experience managing macOS with Jamf (Jamf Pro preferred) and Windows with Intune;
• Full equipment lifecycle ownership: provisioning, enrolment, inventory, repairs/RMA, loaners, secure wipe, and disposal;
• Working knowledge of Okta (user lifecycle, group-based access, MFA, SSO);
• Google Workspace administration basics;
• Atlassian tooling basics (Jira and Confluence user management);
• Understanding of least-privilege access and access request handling;
• Strong office network troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi, switch ports, AP, DHCP/DNS, VPN);
• Familiarity with firewalls (FortiGate preferred) and VPN concepts;
• Good security instincts regarding phishing, credentials, device security, and patching;
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to manage priorities;
• English for documentation and coordination;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with certificate-based access concepts and auth integrations (SCEP, AD, LDAP, RADIUS), basic scripting/automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python), experience supporting printers, access control vendors, and office buildouts/refreshes.
