• Design, develop, and optimize Android apps using Kotlin/Java with a focus on performance, stability, and scalability;
• Manage full-cycle Android app releases from build to publication on Google Play;
• Integrate, analyze, and optimize monetization and product analytics systems;
• Design and support CI/CD processes to automate build, testing, and release;
• Develop and launch MVPs to enable rapid testing of product hypotheses;
• Participate in planning, research, and development of new features;
• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature development including testing and documentation.

• 3+ Years of experience in commercial Android app development with Kotlin/Java in a media-based team;
• Experience developing apps with ad monetization;
• Understanding of mobile app unit economics and ability to use analytics to evaluate product hypotheses;
• Experience developing apps in Utilities, AI-driven apps, or Lifestyle & Wellness verticals;
• In-depth knowledge of Kotlin, Android SDK, modern frameworks, and architectural approaches;
• Experience working with REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, and JSON;
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, and Adjust;
• Proven experience in developing and releasing mobile apps on Google Play;
• Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and component design principles;
• Proficiency in using LLM/AI tools during development;
• Portfolio of completed projects that can be demonstrated or discussed in detail;
• Strong communication skills and ability to defend technical decisions;
• Ability to work independently;
• Nice to have: Full-stack background (Python, API and service development), personal side projects brought to release.
