• Lead product and technical initiatives at the department level, including gathering requirements, interacting with stakeholders, developing solutions, and driving initiatives to completion;
• Develop service architectures based on product requirements;
• Manage technical product quality by defining strategy, vision, task prioritization, and planning;
• Manage tools and technologies within the team.

• 6+ Years of experience in backend development, including 3+ years with Go;
• 1+ Years of experience in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Manager role;
• Experience in developing high-load projects;
• Experience in architecture design, including service creation and database schema description;
• Proficiency in ensuring high-quality code through unit and integration testing;
• Strong product mindset, ownership, communication skills, results-driven approach, and systematic thinking;
• Nice to have: AWS, Docker, orchestrators like Nomad or K8s, CI/CD practices such as TeamCity or Jenkins.
