Frontend Developer

Exness is a global multi-asset broker that provides financial services and trading platforms for retail and institutional clients.

• Deliver core product features that meet functional and non-functional requirements;
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code, perform testing and debugging, and ensure seamless integration;
• Write well-documented code and automation tests with strong coverage;
• Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and maintain documentation;
• Tackle complex architectural and performance problems;
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases;
• Promote clean code principles and best engineering practices;
• Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to performance optimizations;
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for beneficial adoption;
• Participate in technical interviews, share knowledge, and contribute to team processes;
• Suggest and drive technical improvements;
• Support onboarding and growth of team members;
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field;
• 5+ Years of professional experience;
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+);
• Skills in building a SPA using React;
• Experience with TypeScript or Flow type;
• Experience with CSS and CSS preprocessors;
• Experience with build tools like webpack, vite, or esbuild;
• Experience with test tools such as Jest, Vitest, and Playwright;
• In-depth understanding of the web development process, rendering strategies (SSG, SSR, ISR), and performance optimization;
• Understanding of web infrastructure fundamentals, including Nginx, caching, CDN architecture, and Lua scripting;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities;
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality;
• Nice to have: Experience in financial/market-based software development or distributed systems.
