Data Engineer

Quantori provides custom software solutions for the life sciences and healthcare industries.

• Onboard approximately 50 laboratory instruments onto the TetraScience Data Platform;
• Develop instrument parsers as required;
• Design and develop data pipelines to support data flow and accessibility;
• Provide solution guidance to the Systems Integrations team on integration between TetraScience and Revvity ELN;
• Create and refine user stories;
• Perform raw-to-IDS conversion, metadata attribution, instrument onboarding, parser development, and testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field;
• 5+ Years of experience in data engineering, including data modeling and database design in a scientific, manufacturing, or healthcare environment;
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based architectures such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift;
• Expertise in ETL and DWH;
• Experience with NoSQL and graph databases;
• English B2+;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills;
• Experience in Data Platform integrations;
• Nice to have: Advanced degree, proficiency with Revvity's Signals ELN, expertise in TetraScience Data Platform.
