• 3+ Years of commercial development experience with C# / .NET;
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL);
• Understanding of how indexes work and differences between index types;
• Experience optimizing queries and understanding when and why to use data sharding;
• Knowledge and understanding of the CAP theorem and distributed systems principles;
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
