• Define technical requirements for scalable agent architecture, including reasoning frameworks, risk management systems, and knowledge retrieval interfaces;
• Build, test, and deploy RAG-based systems and complex agentic AI solutions;
• Collaborate with strategy leads to meet technical prerequisites for autonomous agentic operations;
• Oversee the technical integration and scaling of AI agents within operational workflows;
• Conduct validation testing, monitor agent performance, and iterate on technical builds to improve accuracy and reduce latency.

• 5+ Years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or technical architecture in high-growth environments or AI startups;
• Proven hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows;
• Deep understanding of the modern AI tech stack, prompt engineering, API integrations, and scalable deployment infrastructure;
• Ability to execute complex technical work streams with limited oversight;
• Strong technical communication skills for explaining architectural decisions to non-technical partners;
• Practical, shipping-oriented approach to building production-ready systems.
