• Design user-focused digital experiences across websites, landing pages, product interfaces, emails, and mobile experiences;
• Translate business goals and user needs into clear, intuitive UX and polished UI solutions;
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products and campaigns;
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, developers, and project teams across multiple time zones;
• Design responsive experiences optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance;
• Contribute to UX audits, user journey improvements, and conversion-focused design recommendations;
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, content structuring, or design workflows where relevant;
• Present design decisions clearly and iterate based on feedback from internal teams and customers;
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and high design quality.

• Proven experience in UX/UI design across web, product, SaaS, or digital marketing environments;
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and polished visual design across multiple formats;
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and navigable prototyping;
• Experience working with complex design systems in Figma;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite;
• Strong UI design sensibility with experience designing product or SaaS interfaces beyond traditional marketing deliverables;
• Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, product experiences, design systems, or editor-based interfaces;
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices;
• Ability to turn briefs and business goals into intuitive user experiences;
• Experience collaborating with developers and cross-functional creative teams;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments;
• Nice to have: Experience designing content creation tools, native editing experiences, or scalable platform interfaces, Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance UX/UI workflows.
