• Create and deliver end-to-end product design solutions from discovery to delivery;
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the design system;
• Deliver high-fidelity interfaces, including prototypes and documentation for engineering hand-off;
• Communicate project progress with stakeholders for alignment and feedback;
• Collaborate with the Growth team to run A/B testing and design experiments;
• Own design solutions across the product;
• Work closely with engineers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.

• 5+ Years of experience in product design;
• Strong track record of delivering clear, simple visual designs and interactions;
• Expert skills in prototyping and creating design hand-offs;
• Experience building or contributing to design systems;
• Expertise in running user testing and research sessions;
• Solid cross-functional collaboration and communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and deliver work in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Experience designing no-code products or building with no-code tools, skills in illustration, video/audio editing, photography or icon design, experience working with Product Growth teams.
