Product Designer

Snoonu is a Qatar-based super app that provides delivery and shopping services through a technology-driven platform. The company focuses on transforming daily life by connecting users with various services and aims to become a leading regional innovation hub.

• Own end-to-end design across the product area from problem framing to shipped experience;
• Improve clarity and usability across the product for a non-technical merchant audience;
• Design for a diverse merchant audience, balancing simplicity with the depth power users need;
• Work across web and mobile, handling multi-state flows, edge cases, and operational complexity;
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Design peers;
• Use data, merchant feedback, and experiments to evaluate and iterate on solutions;
• Support design QA and ensure implemented UI matches intended behavior;
• Contribute to shared patterns and raise suggestions to Design System owners when needed.

• Strong product design experience, typically 5+ years;
• Experience working on B2B or business tools;
• Ability to design for non-technical users while maintaining functionality;
• Solid UX judgment and UI craft including structure, hierarchy, and visual polish;
• Experience working across mobile and web within the same product area;
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and making decisions with forming requirements;
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional partners;
• Nice to have: Experience with merchant platforms, marketplace tools, or B2B SaaS products, experience with order management, inventory, or operational workflows, familiarity with designing for markets where digital literacy varies widely.
