• Conceive, generate, and ship high-performing creative assets across the full marketing funnel using AI pipelines;
• Drive end-to-end creative workflows including prompt engineering, model selection, iteration, and refinement;
• Design compelling app store assets, icons, screenshots, and feature graphics;
• Produce engaging marketing videos and UA creatives by combining AI-generated footage with motion design and editing;
• Combine AI-generated content with design polish in Adobe Creative Suite to deliver final branded assets;
• Partner with UA managers, game designers, and creative leads to translate concepts into high-quality creative;
• Run rapid test-and-learn cycles by generating variants and iterating based on performance;
• Evaluate new AI tools, research competitors, and influence the development of creative output.

• Deep, hands-on expertise with AI creative tools for video and image generation;
• Strong prompt craft and instinct for steering generative models;
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Fluency across video editing, compositing, and static design;
• Fast, iterative mindset focused on shipping tests;
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach;
• Experience using AI for ideation, concepting, and stylized content creation;
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating polished, on-brand creative work using AI pipelines;
• Nice to have: Experience building or contributing to AI creative workflows, experimentation with AI audio or LLM-driven scripting, knowledge of UGC and digital storytelling trends, experience with the Unity engine, passion for mobile games and game culture.
