Data Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions;
• Define, standardize, and maintain key business metrics and KPIs;
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities through data analysis and propose actionable solutions;
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making;
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources;
• Build, test, and maintain scalable data models and datasets;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytical outputs;
• Develop and validate hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and identify trends and risks;
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines, availability, and performance;
• Design, develop, and maintain intuitive and scalable dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools;
• Translate complex data into clear, structured, and visually compelling insights;
• Ensure consistency and usability of reports by following visualization best practices;
• Automate and optimize reporting processes;
• Support business users with reporting tools.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematical, Software Engineering, or Computer Science fields;
• 5+ Years of experience in BI, including data analysis, visualization, and reporting automation;
• Proven practical experience in full-cycle dashboard development;
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytical databases like Vertica, ClickHouse, Trino, or Starrocks;
• Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau Desktop;
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, metric governance, and self-service analytics principles;
• Understanding of AI/LLM applications in analytics and data analysis methods;
• Nice to have: Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Architect, practical experience with Semantic Layer or analytics engineering tools.
